Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning will not incur any charges.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning will be subject to a fee of 25% of the total cost of the scheduled cleaning.

  • No-shows or same day cancellations will be subject to a fee of 100% of the total cost of the scheduled cleaning.

We understand that unexpected events can happen and we will do our best to work with you in the case of a last-minute cancellation. In case of a re-scheduling we will do our best to provide a new cleaning date that suits your schedule.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will gladly schedule a return visit to re-clean the areas in question at no additional cost to you.
